Do I need to do a filament swap during the print to get the blue background and white logo?
Yes. The model has a blue base layer and an embossed white “H” logo that is slightly raised. A standard filament change (M600 command or manual pause) at the layer where the logo starts is required to switch from blue to white filament, unless your printer has a multi-material unit.
What kind of ring and carabiner come with the keychain?

Can I print this with a 0.6 mm nozzle instead of the recommended 0.4 mm?
